feat: evolve intelligent apps and workspace experiences

Summary

• Add a revisioned Intelligent App lifecycle with drafts, releases, activation, capability review, evolution, and rollback.
• Add Excel Live with shared grid focus, reviewable agent proposals, undo and redo, and source-safe export.
• Rework Remotion Live around an authoritative Player, revision-bound context, and cancellable export jobs.
• Stabilize FlowChat navigation, latest-turn pinning, session loading, timeline actions, and dynamic tool cards.
• Improve voice input startup and waveform feedback.
• Redesign Work Center with clearer classification, focused details, and unified work routing.
• Redesign the lower-left Workspace Hub popup with grouped entries, a utility rail, and lightweight previews.
• Redesign Remote Connect with clearer device status, pairing, and distributed-control guidance.
• Align Desktop, CLI, app manifests, locales, and design-system usage with the new platform contracts.

Validation
