This PR includes two sets of changes
src/gsibec/gsigfs/m_nc_GFSens.f90to remove erroneous T to Tv conversion applied to GFS gaussian grid ensemble members.radiance_mod.f90. This is used to setn_clouds_fwdandcloud_names_fwdwhen performing all-sky radiance assimilation. This change touches four filesResolves #102
The changes in this PR have been tested inside GDASApp
developat2315690. GDASApp atmospheric analysis increments were compared with similarly configured GSI analyses. The GDASApp and GSI analysis increments are consistent with each other.
