补齐 blockchains/xlayer/assets/<checksum>/ 与 tokenlist.json，解决按合约地址查仓 miss。含 manual 精品 USDT/USDC/USDG，并审慎加入 OKX 官方 tokenlist 中的 WOKB/DAI/xETH/xBTC。

背景
blockchains/xlayer/info/、manual-tokens（USDT/USDC/USDG）与 homepage 已有，但缺少assets/<合约>/考核树和链级tokenlist.json，按地址查仓会 miss。改动
blockchains/xlayer/assets/<EIP-55 checksum>/info.json+logo.png（对齐 plasma 等 EVM 链惯例）blockchains/xlayer/tokenlist.json（结构对齐 linea/sonic 等较小 EVM 链）入库地址（7）
