[Ubuntu] Issues with Ubuntu 22.04 for Houdini 19 and 20

With help of @ShinFujieda in #724 PR, we noticed there are some issues such as disappearing option in H20 or plugin crash in H19 on Ubuntu 22.04 OS. Creating this issue to keep track of the problem
