If I'm being honest I think the added spacing between the mod config section makes it harder to read. Also, most of these comments aren't really necessary because this isn't something that's going to be read by a player just programmers.. but I suppose there's no harm in keeping them.
As for the build error this just needs spotless 👍
no more code commentting because people didnt want it...

Added a config for accessibility, so that people who get eye strain from the avaritia pulsing effect can turn it off :)
doesn't affect any gt items currently, only Avaritia
I also tried to clean up this odd config file formatting lol.
