🎨 Palette: micro-UX and accessibility improvements to Game Detail

This PR introduces small but high-impact accessibility and usability improvements to the Pascal Game Manager's Game Detail interface.

💡 What

  • Safety: Added a window.confirm dialog before deleting a game to prevent accidental data loss.
  • Form Accessibility: Associated all labels in GameDetail.tsx and GameDetailHeader.tsx with their respective input, select, and textarea elements using unique IDs and the htmlFor attribute.
  • Screen Reader Support: Added aria-label and title to all icon-only buttons (Favorite, Delete, Save, Cancel, Clear Path, Edit). Wrapped decorative emojis and characters in <span aria-hidden="true"> to ensure clean screen reader output.
  • Visual Polish: Hidden decorative rating markers from screen readers and ensured the back arrow icon doesn't create redundant announcements.
  • Bug Fix: Removed an unused hasIgdbId state variable in GameScreenshotsCarousel.tsx that was causing build failures.

🎯 Why

These changes ensure that the application is accessible to users who rely on screen readers or keyboard navigation, while also adding a necessary safety net for destructive actions. Properly labeled form controls and meaningful button labels make the interface more intuitive and professional.

♿ Accessibility

  • Verified that all form controls are correctly announced with their labels.
  • Confirmed that icon-only buttons have descriptive labels.
  • Reduced noise for assistive technologies by hiding decorative elements.
  • Maintained keyboard focus accessibility.

🎁 Verification

  • Successfully ran pnpm build and pnpm test.
  • Verified UI changes and accessibility using a Playwright script (screenshot and video attached).
  • Confirmed all translation keys are present in translations.ts.
