### Fixed

- `gwt-read genae search` now marks a cached answer like every other reader: the `results` line ends in ` (cache)` and the evidence has `from_cache: true` when all four blocks came from the cache. Before, a cached zero printed exactly like a live one, so a lane could log it as a search it never sent (#241).
