The general idea is if you run a command, your poof timer will continue to tick down, but you wont reform until you do /reform (The message on screen will change to reflect this).
This change will not persist between poofs and will not persist between sessions.
With this change, we might want to add some kind of warning to quick-reform (Something like "Are you sure you want to reform early? You will experience side-effects! [Yes]").
