Fixes CLIENT-1GR. The issue was that: Malformed
dpiAwarevalue in application manifest causes OS loader failure, leading to null pointer dereference during CRT security initialization.Corrected the value of the element in both Generals and GeneralsMD app.manifest files from "true/pm" to "true".
