• GitHub history was limited to the 100 most recent search results; full pagination is the next governance improvement.
• GitHub commits are not a proxy for Slack/Teams activity or all work performed.
• Multimedia files are derived visualizations, not primary evidence.
• Existing historical/experimental directories and repository history remain intact.
• The Pages deployment activates after merge to main.
