The relative links must point to the sections in the summary instead having absolute links that wrongly pointed to a different branch
This is a big update to the main README file of the repo as it hasn't been adapted in ages. I've tried to remodel it so that: 1. It is chunked up more for different contributors 2. It's updated 3. It's clearer 4. It has more of a community focus There will be a PR to reorganise the files to go along with this.
