Making Furyband build on Linux

It seems that Furryband by default does not build on at least Linux.

I've ran into the following Issues.

1. The PKGs were not included in the zip folder, I grabbed them from
   • https://janalexandrakatz.com/jankitty/tome2/src/commit/6aa48afdd57d03314fdf4be6c9da911c32277c84/src
2. The RF values changed did not align to what was specified
   • the monsters.pkg overwrote parts of that file, so I've changed the values in monster.pkg to conform to defines.h
3. Restrict is a keyword in C now, and so the source had issues building
