Implement the ParallelDistributionService to handle parallel fund distribution across multiple wallets. This includes methods for estimating gas requirements, filling gas for wallets, and distributing funds. Additionally, add comprehensive unit tests to validate service functionality, including request validation and gas estimation logic.

Introduce a comprehensive request validation structure and improve gas estimation with dynamic buffers and retry logic for gas price retrieval. Additionally, refactor the ParallelDistributionService to include methods for calculating dynamic minimum balances and checking refiller wallet balances. Remove outdated test file for distribution relationships and update tests for the ParallelDistributionService to ensure proper validation and functionality.
