`gem` install requires a working Ruby environment. As an alternative, a Singularity containers can be build and used to run CrystalSCAD. This PR adds instructions for that.

@pvanheus thanks for taking the time to make the pull request. Think having an alternate way to build would be helpful in case the other installation doesn't work for whatever reason.
Do the maintainers require anything else for this pull request to be merged?
