Summary
Adds the opt-in
DimensionalQuantities.Extensions.CgsEmagpackage on top of #39. It provides named conversions for practical CGS mechanical units (dyne, erg, barye, gal), CGS electromagnetic EMU electrical units (abunits and biot), and magnetic units (maxwell, gauss, oersted). The provider generates no SI-prefixed helpers.Core gains package-neutral
Acceleration,ElectricCharge, andCapacitancequantity names. The README documents the package and clarifies that these are SI conversions, not a separate CGS dimension algebra.Verification
dotnet packproduced all runtime and symbol packages; package layout check passed.dotnet format --verify-no-changes --no-restorepassed for changed C# files.Factors follow NIST SP 811 Appendix B.9 and NIST's magnetic-property unit table. NIST distinguishes CGS EMU, ESU, and Gaussian systems; this package covers EMU electrical units and named magnetic conversions, not ESU electrical units.
