Summary
Adds a packaged integration test for using Metric, Imperial, Nautical, and CgsEmag together across package boundaries.
The test packages a library that references all four extensions, then packages a second library that references only the first library. A final application references only the second package and builds and runs code using conversions from all four extensions. This checks that the generated API remains usable by downstream package consumers.
Verification
dotnet format --verify-no-changespassed for the changed test file.
