Prepare AI Credits Widget for GoodWallet integration

@copilot remove backwards compatibility support for createChainClient (can remove almost all iff and interface overrides)
this can be simplified to just providing 'development' | 'production' environment prop.
if needed for mock and storybook, perhaps extending with 'mocked' but I don't think its needed.

make sure all using flows are updated that use this.

createChainClient was simplified to an explicit environment API only:

• removed backward-compatibility overloads/arg normalization
• now accepts just (options, environment) with environment: 'development' | 'production'
• updated the adapter flow to pass development only when widget environment is development; all other environments use production behavior

I think push all mocked related things into folder /mocked (to be created) for the widget.

Can import from actual implementation, actual implementation can never import from mocked.

Implemented in ee3a1d5. Mock backend, chain client, and mock widget now live under src/mocked and are exposed only via @goodwidget/ai-credits-widget/mocked; production modules do not import mock code. The Storybook mock-backend story now uses that explicit entry point.
