Summary

• Replace the adaptive launcher icon resource in the shared Compose top bar with its raster foreground layer.
• Add the brand-blue background so the logo stays visible and prevent painterResource from trying to decode adaptive-icon XML on Android 8+.

Validation

• git diff --check passed.
• Gradle tests could not run locally because no Java/JDK is installed. GitHub Actions is running the quality gate.
