Cant Open a Wav 24 bit sample

Hi
I cannot import a 24-bit audio sample. What is the problem?
You can't import 24 bit samples or is it because of the duration.
Is there a sample length limit? It is only 9 seconds.
I see that it only lets me: File- Choose Folder but i select the folder of wavs and nothing appear.
The File- Open file is in grey, desactivated

@lunatico67 Choice of directory is the first step, after that all the .wav files should be listed in the listbox and can then be opened from there. Are you sure that there are any real wave files in the directory?

File handling in LA is done with libsndfile and only real wave files of types supported by GrandOrgue can be opened. Wavpacked samples cannot be processed in their packed state.
