PR GrandOrgue#2635 moved GOSoundOnePoleFilter itself into sound/dsp-kernels/, but left its unit test behind at the old sound/ path - the test's own move was missed at the time, since it predated the dsp-kernels split taking test files into account elsewhere. This moves it to the mirrored path, plus the matching CMakeLists.txt and GOTestExe.cpp registration updates. Build clean in build/current (Debug, GO_BUILD_TESTING=ON); ./bin/GOTestExe --no-perf: 39/39 tests succeeded, including GOTestSoundOnePoleFilter.
