👋 Hi, I'm Gregório Fornetti Azevedo

🎓 MSc Student in Computer Science at Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar)

🌍 Exchange Student at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI)

🧠 Member of the Intelligent Systems and Data Science Laboratory (LaSID)

🚀 About Me

I am a Master's student specializing in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and Machine Learning.

My current research is conducted within the Conecta 2030 project, where I work on:

  • 🚗 3D Object Detection
  • 🎯 Object Tracking
  • 📈 Trajectory Prediction
  • 🛣️ Traffic Safety Applications

My MSc research proposes a novel background filtering method for point clouds, aiming to improve both accuracy and computational efficiency in 3D object detection models.

In addition, I contribute to the LaSID RecSys group, where I research and implement:

  • 🔁 Incremental Recommender Systems
  • 🎰 Multi-Armed Bandits
  • ⚡ Adaptive and online learning approaches

In some of my free time I like to conduct other projects, mainly developing games.
