Offline Crashes are Fixed! Rejoice! Also nightly/beta switch button.

• crashes when not connected to the internet have been resolved. the launcher will now properly handle the case where we are not online.
• the nightly/beta toggle is now just a button, similar to the arcropolis button. This should be simpler than the previous setup.

Arcrop button fix and power user music toggle

• Arcropolis button now has visual feedback when highlighted (previously it would not light up when "moused" over)
• Added a setting in the options menu which will cause verify to ignore certain music files if they are missing. This allows power users to remove certain music files to support expanded sm5sh music mods without pissing the launcher off (and requiring a Fix HDR)

Easy switching between beta and nightly!

If you go in the options menu and change your setting for nightlies/betas, when you return to the main menu there will be a button to "Switch". This will switch you from beta to nightly, or vice versa, MUCH faster than before.

arcropolis api is cool

• using arcropolis api itself to open arcropolis
• checking plugins that are enabled during verify, and warning the user if HDR is not enabled
• opening arcrop config and instructions when a user installs, prompting them to enable HDR for the first time

Improvements such as opening arcropolis from options menu

• a button has been added to the options page to open the arcropolis mod manager
• we ignore arcrop and the launcher when validating, because arcrop will self update and the launcher can be updated by hand
• we no longer change the version string of the hdr install to trigger a Fix HDR, meaning temporary mistaken changes dont screw up your version string
• we check for updates at session launch, and display a (!) in the update button if there are updates available
