R code for the Bayesian models used to obtain the main results from the series of N-of-1 trials on OLP, from the manuscript "Open-Label Placebos for Antidepressant Discontinuation Symptoms: A Series of N-of-1 Trials" of Müller et al. (2025).
- Model_description.txt contains a description of the variable names in the R code.
- JAGS_Model_indiv_AR1.R contains the model used in the main analysis for individual-level inference
- JAGS_Model_pop_basic.R contains the basic model used for population-level inference
- JAGS_Model_pop_extended.R contains the extended model used for population-level inference
