Co-founded and co-built a territory-conquest fitness platform where every run claims land on a live 3D map. Fog of War mechanics, hex-grid GPS tracking, clan wars, and community features. India is the first launch market, with run-club collaborations and global expansion planned next. Also led the full brand buildout — brand DNA, visual identity, and the black panther as spirit-guardian across content and ad creative.
