本次实践使用的数据Direct Comparative Analyses of 10X Genomics Chromium and Smart-seq2，其中的10X genomics数据有四个，分别是直肠癌肝转移瘤，原发性直肠癌，肝细胞癌邻近非肿瘤组织，肝脏肿瘤。因此下载数据后开始使用CELLRANGER进行上游分析，进而使用seurat进行下游分析。
