Add automated accessibility coverage for an offline study guide #12

Description

@HabsaTheDog

Goal: add a deterministic accessibility regression for the single-file offline learning-page contract.

Scope:

  • use a synthetic generated fixture;
  • cover keyboard-only chapter navigation and interactive questions;
  • check focus visibility, semantic names, heading order, landmarks, contrast-sensitive states, and reduced-motion behavior;
  • keep the output fully offline and avoid adding a backend;
  • report any rule exclusions with a concrete reason.

Acceptance:

  • the test fails on an intentional accessibility regression;
  • the test runs in the existing browser-test toolchain;
  • fixture provenance is documented and contains no course or student data.
