v1.34.2 leaves git notes out of the pre-push supply-chain scan, so a signed gate record in refs/notes/gate is no longer refused as a leaked key. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FrrtKB8r2ge8vmAMGUkwWY

A repository's first push of its signed gate record (refs/notes/gate) was refused because gitleaks read the record's cache-key hashes as API keys. uphold v1.34.2 leaves refs/notes/* out of the pre-push supply-chain scan, so this repository now pins it.
Gate: cargo build --locked, cargo test --locked, the gatekeeper self-test, cargo clippy -D warnings and cargo fmt --check passed (the repository has no mise check task).
