Adds a "Panel Metric" setting (five_hour / seven_day / both) so the weekly (7-day) usage can be shown in the top panel alongside or instead of the 5-hour limit, addressing the request in issue Haletran#31. The single panel label+bar is refactored into two reusable metric widgets that each still honor the existing display-mode (text/bar/both). When both metrics are shown, labels are prefixed with 5h/7d.
