Tailwind v4 gives buttons the default arrow, so most controls (tabs, chips, cards, Hide, Add) looked unclickable. A base rule restores the pointer for buttons, tabs, summaries, selects, checkbox labels and links, and shows not-allowed on disabled controls. Changelog also lists the single Brand kit heading fix.
