Add evidence-gated shot selection styles

Summary

• Add nine evidence-gated shot style guides and an ordinal, review-only candidate ranking helper.
• Add --shot-style to visual_director.py; the default leaves the style unchosen, and a chosen style still leaves selected shots empty until actual source evidence is reviewed.
• Link the guidance from the public Codex Skill, and update the closed-world sync inventory, manifest, and receipt.
