This marks the first release of the HIWS, despite having been on GitHub since 2022. Due to the ever-changing nature of the system, we will be adopting a Calendar Versioning Scheme with the format YYYY.0M.x - with the x being a minor version designator from a to z, and then from aa to zz (if required).
