The package installed by CE at first start (hermes-agent 0.19.0, hermes_agent-0.19.0.dist-info/METADATA) declares License-Expression: MIT with License-File: LICENSE (licenses/LICENSE present in the dist-info). The paragraph that follows ("hermes-agent declares no license, neither may be redistributed…") is therefore out of date for current releases.

harnessrouter/harnessrouter:0.17.3 exists on Docker Hub (digest sha256:affaa83b048ed7875fc7e656dd6fab2a91dd0b98f95faad04d7426c1343a6b72 for amd64), but the repository's latest tag is v0.17.2. Operators who pin by digest cannot map the image back to a commit. A v0.17.3 tag (or the commit sha as an image label) would close that gap.
