runner: the dsh job keeps a plugin's stdio server - #182

…urls alone since before plugins _build_dsh filtered the job's servers to those with a url, from the days when dsh took URLs only, so the stdio row the driver had learned to write never saw the server: on a hosted turn the compose patch held the http row alone while the launcher ran fine by hand (2026-09-15).
