…validator fix No gateway, runner or console change. The image builds the starter kits at build time, and starter-kit main now carries: the column popover surviving a scroll inside it (reifyui 0.8.2, the 0.13.0 exemption backported to the 0.8 line the kits build on), and the app's validator accepting its own dispatch marker (a running cell may not have its session yet), so a run no longer flashes "claims to have run but has only one of run_id / session_id" at every batch start.
