The kit's README had no picture and opened on plumbing. It now opens on the gameplay the root README shows, names the System One Harness it runs on with the harness's own mark, and walks the reader in the order they need: launch it, what you see, how a step works (the harness's loop, then one real step from a run on 2026-09-20 with the state the model read and the action it chose), the seven tools, the measured facts, the parts, the credits.
