fX rate stale fallback age not exposed
When fx-rate-cache.ts returns a stale FX rate after a 429 provider response, it marks the result as stale: true but does not report how old that stale rate is.
This leaves operators without visibility into stale rate age, making it harder to understand how outdated fallback rates are.
