Related to #84 we should ensure AV1 and all codecs that are brought into scope by upcoming HbbTV specification changes are covered.

• Static nodrm, Static playready, Static widevine manifests
• Livesim2 nodrm, Livesim2 playready, Livesim2 widevine manifests
• Video 720p/1080p/2160p, AAC multilang, inband subs multilang
