Docs: match the actual server-tools surface; drop phantom containment#10

The README and docs still described a .clank containment feature with its own commands (.clank add/list/scan), .set containment subcommands and CLANKER_ROLE_ID / CLANKTANK_* env vars -- none of which exist in this build (cogs are meta/settings/backups/templates/chatlog/sync/importexport only). Remove all of it. Also correct the framework dependency from 'private' to public (no token/SSH needed, matching the Dockerfile) and drop the stale 'point FRAMEWORK_REF at a feature branch' note.
