Add PATCH /projects/{id} + inline rename #5

Add the ability to rename a project after creation.

Acceptance criteria

• PATCH /projects/{id} accepts {name: string}
• Frontend: inline rename on the project list, matching the existing task rename UX
• Test coverage for the new endpoint
