When I first started using MiSTer, coming from emulators, I was in disbelief that there's no option to set a quicksave and quickload button combo across all of the cores that support it on a gamepad. This script corrects that.
By default, select + up will save and select + down will load, but you can customize up to three button combos universally or per-core that supports save states. Assignments are done on a per-controller basis and can be easily removed or changed.
