Summary
This PR hardens the runtime MVP by adding a versioned
runtime.v1event schema, streaming JSONL aggregation, and agent-specific provider matching. JSONL ingestion no longer retains the complete event list in memory, while OpenTelemetry and API Gateway adapters continue to use the shared normalized contract.Validation
