Add ProofLoop Live service site

Summary

• add the static ProofLoop Live managed-service intake site under public/
• add Vercel production deployment config for the static site
• document the proofloop.live service boundary and add tests that prevent fake hosted-backend or official-score claims

Verification

• npm test -- --run tests/site.test.ts
• npm test
• local static smoke via temporary Node HTTP server
• npm pack --dry-run
• npx vercel --prod --yes -> https://proofloop-p56vmx0g9-hshum2018-gmailcoms-projects.vercel.app
• Chrome live verification on production alias: page loaded, dashboard asset loaded, intake form interacted, JSON preview updated, no console errors

Domain note

• proofloop.live is added to the Vercel account and attached to the proofloop project
• DNS is not configured yet; Vercel requires either A proofloop.live 76.76.21.21 or nameservers ns1.vercel-dns.com / ns2.vercel-dns.com before the custom domain resolves
