[codex] Redesign ProofLoop Live room OS interface

What changed

• Redesigned proofloop.live into a Room OS style proof cockpit with dark desktop chrome, terracotta proof state, trace/model/receipt panels, and a cream terracotta mobile surface.
• Kept the managed-service contract explicit: product-path proof, proxy benchmark proof, and official scorer output remain separate.
• Improved the intake form status so the request preview reacts when a target is entered.

Validation

• npm test -- --run tests/site.test.ts
• npm run build
• CSS scan for negative letter spacing, viewport-scaled font sizes, oversized radii, and decorative orb/bokeh terms
• Local Playwright verification at desktop/tablet/mobile: HTTP 200, no console/page/request failures, no horizontal overflow
• Production deploy to Vercel: https://proofloop.live
• Live browser verification for https://proofloop.live and https://www.proofloop.live: HTTP 200, title/H1 ProofLoop Live, no console/page/request failures, intake preview updates
