• advance the canonical NodeRoom handoff to NodeRoom 4a4a3c25 (PR docs scripts: require operation-v1 NodeSlide authorization #226) and NodeSlide 12a8527c (PR feat(benchmark): @bench:<task-id> dispatcher (R7->R8 clean cherry-pick to prod) #23)
• record the completed legacy-v0 cutover and the exact operation-v1 packed-consumer contract
• preserve the explicit boundary: package conformance only, not mounted production authorization, storage, or UI
