Remove unnecessary features which stretches outside of a leisure=golf_course facility

As you can see we get included much features which are not inside of the leisure=golf_course facility by using the PMtiles viewer online on the files: https://pmtiles.io/#map=12.19/59.56045/18.02713&inspectFeatures=true&showTileBoundaries=true

We shoukd doe some better processing in the Osmium steps to remove these features in the final .pbf we feed tilemaker with. See the documentation in osimum as start.
