Settings.Secure.ALLOW_MOCK_LOCATIONS is deprecated

Hello!

I have an LineageOS 16 (Android 9) on Wileyfox Swift.

I installed this application from F-Droid.

I enabled System → Developers options → Mock locations for BlueGps app.

When I press "Start/Stop GPS", I receive:

Cannot start: Mock locations disabled

There is an issue https://sourceforge.net/p/bluegps4droid/tickets/15/ with code change suggestion.

Could you please fix this?
