Create Project Architecture Document

• Create High Level Project Architecture
• Add database diagram and mockup
• Add Tech stack in Readme

We need to decide upon three things for frontend:

• UI framework like bootstrap or semantic
• UI library like react or other
• fonts and font icons

Lets see if we can create a mockup for the same. I'll try to do that.

I am not too much committeed for front end right now. But if you are interested to contribute we can work out the details and use a MVC based front end solution. But yes the notify page needs some good ajax request handling capabilities so if we can create a model for setting up using react/angular that would be great.
