Minor bump for the --bundle-id-suffix flag on build_patched_ipa. Updates uv.lock alongside pyproject.toml. The 0.2.0 bump moved only pyproject, leaving the lock pinning the old version until a later change happened to refresh it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Minor bump for the
--bundle-id-suffixflag added tobuild_patched_ipain #21 — new capability, no breaking change.Also updates
uv.lockalongsidepyproject.toml. The 0.2.0 bump movedonly
pyproject.toml, so the lock kept pinning0.1.3until #21happened to refresh it. Bumping both together avoids that drift.
