iProgress for Ashita v4

iProgress is a passive, read-only Final Fantasy XI progression dashboard and evidence exporter for Ashita v4. It tracks character progression, learned magic, currencies, jobs, skills, equipment, inventory coverage, mounts, missions, quests, and Records of Eminence without controlling the game.

Version 0.19.3 is the current Ashita release. Its clean load and responsive two-column Options layout were owner-tested; narrower and three-column layouts remain separate optional acceptance cases.

Install

1. Download iprogress-ashita-v0.19.3.zip from the v0.19.3 release.

2. Extract the included iprogress folder into Ashita's addons directory.

3. After entering the game, run:

   /addon load iprogress
   

4. Open the dashboard with /ixp window on and options with /ixp options.

Existing character-scoped state and settings are not included in the release and are not replaced by extraction.

What it does

• Shows an ImGui Command Center with Overview, Evidence, Changes, and Capture & Safety tabs.
• Reads documented Ashita memory for jobs, experience, skills, magic, equipment, key items, and available durable containers.
• Observes bounded incoming packet families when the game naturally sends them; malformed, blocked, injected, truncated, or semantically invalid records are rejected before evidence changes.
• Separates current-session observations, restored history, stale evidence, partial coverage, and unknown values.
• Keeps automatic working refreshes separate from explicit checkpoints.
• Provides a derived Inventory Advisor that never moves or discards items.
• Offers an owner-driven /checkparam baseline workflow; iProgress never issues /checkparam itself.

Read-only safety contract

iProgress does not send or inject packets, issue gameplay commands, change targets, move/equip/use/discard items, automate menus or NPCs, poll remote services, or infer completion from ownership. Unavailable containers and missing fields remain unknown rather than becoming zero.

Only explicit /ixp save or a confirmed Save Checkpoint action freezes a checkpoint and appends history. Automatic and passive observations update the working state only.

The package builder uses an explicit allowlist, records every packaged file's SHA-256 digest, and refuses to replace a foreign or incomplete package. The release builder emits a deterministic ZIP and SHA256SUMS.txt under dist/.
