iProgress is a passive, read-only Final Fantasy XI progress exporter and text dashboard for Windower 4. It records evidence about character progression, learned magic, currencies, jobs, skills, equipment, inventory coverage, mounts, missions, quests, and Records of Eminence without controlling the game.
Version 0.16.5 is the current workspace-authoritative Windower source and is a public beta. Its complete source/fixture validator passes, but this exact version was not live-installed before publication. Version 0.16.4 was the installed source and v0.16.3 received the latest bounded owner runtime smoke.

- Passive packet observations and explicit local-memory refreshes.
- NOW, RESTORED, STALE, PARTIAL, and UNKNOWN provenance semantics.
- Compact and detailed movable text dashboards.
- Exact working-state and explicit checkpoint separation.
- Event-driven inventory/equipment capture with unavailable containers kept unknown.
- Read-only Inventory Consolidation advice that excludes Wardrobes and flags stored ammunition for manual review.
- Job-level, skill high-water, learned-magic, currency, mount, quest, mission, and Records of Eminence evidence.
- Atomic state writes with readback verification and backups.
iProgress does not issue gameplay commands, send or inject packets, move, equip, use, store, or discard items, automate NPCs or menus, change movement or targets, or infer content completion from ownership. Naturally arriving packets are observed; explicit commands read local Windower state.

python tools/build_release.pyThe original FF11 workspace also has a broader environment-dependent validator that reconciles source contracts against installed Windower resources and pinned research. The standalone suite retains the release-critical safety, version, evidence-catalog, Lua-balance, and deterministic-package checks.
